Please come and see our new gym now located at 868 Hwy. 98 East in Destin. We are about 3 miles west of Destin Commons and 2 miles east of the Destin Bridge.  We are in The Shoreline Village Mall a few doors down from West Marine. Almost across from Target. We moved from our old location on Airport Rd. in December 2006 from where Destin Athletic Club had been keeping the Destin community fit and healthy for over 25 years.

What we have designed is a very user-friendly, non intimidating facility to help our members improve their health as naturally as possible in a clean, friendly environment. 

Our members come to our club to get fit and improve their health in a friendly gym where everyone knows their name!

We no longer offer daily group fitness classes except for a weekly Beach Boot Camp class and some circuit training classes. What we do offer is a really well equipped, clean, uncrowded, adult only facility designed to make people of all fitness levels comfortable. Staffed by knowledgeable fitness professionals who want to help you reach your personal fitness and health goals.

For full members who have a swipe key card, access hours are from 4:00AM to 11:00PM 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

Daily and weekly guests are welcome but can only access the club during staffed hours: Monday - Friday 7:00AM- 7:00PM and Saturday 7:00AM-12:00 noon. Sunday access for visitors is by appointment only.
