At the D.A.C., we do not believe in committing people to one or two year memberships. All of our memberships are on a month to month basis. Full memberships give unlimited access seven days a week from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. For residents, matinee (afternoon) memberships start at $30 a month. Memberships are available for singles, couples and families.

New members receive a free full fitness evaluation that includes:

• Body composition analysis by Futrex(no pinching required)
• Cardiovascular VO2 max testing to evaluate heart health
• Strength and Flexibility testing
• Personal training session to set up your initial exercise program
  

Visitors are always welcome at the D.A.C. and we offer competitive daily, weekly or monthly rates. Also, if you are a frequent visitor to Destin, we offer ten-visit punch cards that never expire and can be used by the entire family.

Visitors may use the club Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. to Noon. Sunday is by appointment only.
